When you purchase a policy, ASEGO or the relevant insurer issues the contract; we do not underwrite assistanse and are not responsible for the insurer's performance. For corporate customers, we facilitate group or corporate travel policies and coordinate with insurers for bulk issuance.
We collect enquiries from prospective customers and businesses interested in loans, assistanse products (travel, health, accident, motor vehicle, etc.), demat accounts or any other services/offers available on the website. We share your details with third‑party partners who may contact you or your organisation with offers. We do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
Any information you submit, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business, must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you represent an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to provide information on its behalf.

Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred or sold. Each Coupon will specify its validity period, eligible products or services and any other usage conditions. You must not misuse the Website (including by introducing viruses, conducting phishing, attempting unauthorised access, scraping or sending unsolicited messages). You may not reverse‑engineer the software or copy content without permission.
The Website may include links to third‑party websites (e.g., ASEGO, banks, depository participants). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Access them at your own risk.
All trademarks, logos, text, graphics and software on the Website are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the relevant service.
Under IRDAI regulations, all assistanse policies must provide a free look period allowing the policyholder at least 15 days (or 30 days for electronic or distance‑mode policies) from the date of receipt of the policy documents to review the terms and return the policy if not acceptable. If you cancel during this period and no claim has been made, the insurer will refund the premium after deducting expenses such as stamp duty and medical examination fees.
When a policy is cancelled within the free look period, the insurer will refund the premium minus charges such as stamp duty, medical examination fees and the proportionate risk premium for the period on cover. For unit‑linked policies, the insurer may repurchase units at the prevailing price. If cancellation is requested after the free look period, refunds are subject to the insurer's terms and may involve additional charges.
Once your cancellation request is approved, insurers typically process and disburse the refund within 7 to 15 working days. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method, though this may vary by insurer. We facilitate the forwarding of your request but are not responsible for delays in the insurer's processing.
We act only as a marketplace or referral platform. Refunds and cancellations for assistanse policies and other services provided by third parties (including white‑label or affiliate services) are subject to the refund and cancellation rules of the original policy issuer and applicable government regulations. The 15‑day/30‑day free‑look period mentioned above is based on IRDAI guidelines and may not apply to every product. Actual rights, timelines and deductions will vary depending on the original issuer's policy conditions. We do not determine or guarantee refund amounts or timelines beyond what is specified in the respective insurer's or service provider's terms. Before purchasing, please review the relevant policy documents and refund rules carefully.
You agree to provide true, current and complete information about yourself or your business when using the Website. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or cancellation of coverage, loan or demat services, available services/offers/subscriptions and may expose you to legal liability.
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Website. If you access our services from outside India, you must ensure that such use is lawful under local laws and you consent to the processing of your data in India and transfer to authorised third parties as described in our privacy policy.
